1. Who we are

Blackwell group LLC (“Blackwell Group”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA. We decide how the personal data described on this page is used. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. This website

This website has no forms, accounts or advertising, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and basic browser information. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, to keep the site secure and running.

3. If you contact us

If you write or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use them to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry, and for no other purpose.

4. People we contact for our clients

When we call on behalf of a client, we handle business contact details of people at the companies that client wants to meet: name, job title, company, work phone number and work email address, together with notes of the contact. We do this on the client’s instructions and only to carry out that client’s campaign.

If you ask us not to contact you again, we record your request and stop contacting you.

5. Sharing and keeping data

We share personal data only with the client on whose behalf we contacted you, with service providers that help us operate (for example email, telephone and hosting services) under confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it. Our service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, for example under the EU or UK GDPR or US state privacy laws. To use any of them, email us at the address below. We will answer within the time the law requires. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
