My name is Francisco Machado. I am the founder and sole owner of Blackwell group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA.

I started out in cold calling some time ago, and one thing became clear quickly: most B2B companies do not have a product problem or a value-proposition problem. They have a calendar problem. Nobody is calling the right decision-makers every day with a system that works, and without that first conversation there is no chance to show what the company offers. I also learned that a good call is not measured by how much you talk but by how much you listen before you speak, because trust is built in the first few seconds through real interest in the person on the other end of the line.

Blackwell Group does one thing: outbound appointment setting for B2B companies. We call on behalf of each client, follow a script they approve, and book meetings with decision-makers who match the profile they define.
